We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst / Configurator to join our fintech team and support one of our international clients in the FinTech sector — a leading global provider of cutting-edge regulatory and client lifecycle management platforms for the financial industry. This role blends analytical thinking with practical, hands-on system configuration. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between regulatory and business requirements and the technical configuration of compliance platform from our client. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and subject matter experts to ensure the system accurately reflects business needs and regulatory expectations. It’s a perfect match for professionals with a passion for finance and technology who want to continue growing their career within a dynamic FinTech environment. This is a hybrid position , combining remote work with on-site work in our Wrocław office. IN SHORT: 🌎 Hybrid work 💰 60-80 PLN/h ☑️ B2B contract Your Daily Missions Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Learn and develop hands-on expertise in the configuration of FinTech platform used by global financial organizations. Translate regulatory and business requirements into system configuration specifications. Work closely with clients to understand their AML, KYC, and onboarding processes and clarify their technical and business needs. Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities for system changes
