Responsibilities Lead and support a team of SAP experts, providing direction and overseeing all SAP FICO operations Build, lead, and nurture high-performance FICO teams across global locations Lead and support the employee lifecycle, including hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, and compensation Drive global strategic initiatives, contributing to the growth of the discipline Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects, collaborating closely with IT teams and business stakeholders Handle direct customer relations regarding delivery, team performance, project timelines, and schedules Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP FICO, ensuring adherence to best practices Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field At least 7 years of proven experience in SAP FICO, leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated success in multiple large-scale, multi-disciplinar
