Description

We are looking for a Lead LIMS Engineer to provide ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement for Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS , ensuring uninterrupted lab operations for our global life sciences client. In this role, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for the platform, working closely with lab users and IT teams to maintain a compliant, reliable, and continuously improving system that supports R&D, laboratory operations, and scientific data management. Responsibilities Act as the primary SME for Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS Collaborate with the client's lab users and IT teams Manage system configurations, user access, and compliance Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 incidents Document processes and changes in line with the client's standards Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the platform 3) functionality Strong proficiency in SampleManager configuration using embedded platform tools, including Entity Designer, Explorer, and configuration of master data, lookup tables, and custom fields Solid working knowledge of SampleManager Visual Workflow Designer for designing, modifying, and troubleshooting business workflows Hands-on exper
