Product Designer (UX/UI) – Remote Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Hours (Flexible) About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to create intuitive, modern, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile products. You’ll own the design process from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer handoff , working closely with Product and Engineering. We’re looking for someone who combines strong UX problem-solving with polished visual design and knows how to turn complex ideas into simple, engaging product experiences. What You’ll Do UX Research & Product Discovery Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys Create user flows, personas, and journey maps Identify friction points and opportunities to improve the product Use tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Hotjar to understand user behavior UX/UI Design & Prototyping Create wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes Design polished, responsive interfaces for web and mobile Work primarily in Figma , with Adobe XD or Sketch experience also valuable Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing, and product requirements Design Systems Build and maintain reusable components and design patterns Maintain consistency across typography, spacing, colors, and UI elements Help scale design systems as products grow Collaboration & Handoff Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders Tr
