About the job: Are you excited about leading high-scale platform engineering in the core fintech sector? We are searching for a dynamic Engineering Manager who leads the platform engineering team responsible for JVM and .NET platform health, DevOps tooling, CI/CD, observability, and deployment infrastructure across all FinTech products. You will be accountable for platform reliability, cost efficiency, developer velocity, and AI readiness across the FinTech engineering organization. For this position, the candidate must be an engineer specializing in either .NET or Java. Important things for you: Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) — working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work. Your responsibilities: Leads and manages a cross-functional platform engineering team. Drives platform adoption and removes technical and operational blockers across product teams.
