NET lead developer who can own delivery, improve code quality, mentor developers, and work closely with architecture, QA, DB, DevOps, and product stakeholders. NET, C#, and Azure-based applications. Reviewing and improving code quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability. Working on application performance optimizations, including async/await, EF Core usage, caching, API design, memory allocation, HttpClient usage, long-running processes, and error handling. Supporting the decomposition of monolithic functionality into modular components or services. Partnering with QA teams on testability, regression coverage, defect triage, and release readiness. Mentoring mid-level developers and raising engineering standards. Collaborating with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce rework.
