Description

Are you an experienced SAP HR integration specialist with strong ABAP debugging skills? emagine has an opportunity for you to support SuccessFactors to SAP data integrations with a global team. This SAP SuccessFactors ABAP Integration Specialist role focuses on supporting Employee Central (EC) to SAP ERP data replication. You work across SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), IDoc, API, SFTP, and CSV data flows, with a strong emphasis on debugging SAP ABAP programs and resolving IDoc replication errors on the SAP HR side. You act as the technical bridge between HR, IT, and integration teams, reviewing Employee Central profiles, clarifying integration logic, and maintaining mapping and transformation tables between EC and SAP. The role sits within a consulting engagement supporting an international organisation's HR systems landscape, with the work spanning configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation of employee and organisational data replication. Skills & Experience Proven experience with SAP Employee Central and the SAP HR module Strong technical knowledge of SAP integrations, including CPI, IDoc, API, SFTP, and CSV data flows Expertise in SAP ABAP debugging skills using relevant SAP HR transactions Experience monitoring and analyzing SAP IDoc processing, including error resolution and reprocessing Skilled in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP R/3, CPI & API based integration Experience identifying, analyzing, and supporting SAP Business Add-Ins (BADIs) relevant to HR
