Work model : remote with occasional visits to the office in Gdańsk. Rate : B2B : Senior - up to 185 zl/h, Mid - up to - up to 160 zl/h Start : ASAP Project length : until the end of 2027 + possible extensions Project language : English + Polish Industry : dairy Recruitment process : 2 interviews with the client Workload : full-time Summary: The main function of this role is to d evelop and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the organisation. The objective is to enhance operational efficiencies through automation, leveraging the Blue Prism platform. Main Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions. Create Solution Design Documents (SDD) and technical documentation. Lead technical design and architecture of automation solutions. Own solution architecture, technical standards, and design reviews. Develop reusable components and apply development standards. Define reusable frameworks, development standards, and best practices. Drive quality assurance practices, code reviews, and testing strategy. Support production bots, incidents, and continuous improvement activities. Mentor developers and provide technical leadership within the RPA community. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and testers. Work effectively within Agile and DevOps environments.
