Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Test Data Manager Responsibilities Define and implement an enterprise-level Test Data Management strategy in cooperation with Central Data Provisioning team Establish TDM governance, ownership models, roles and responsibilities across teams and ARTs Develop policies and standards covering test data provisioning, masking, anonymization, retention, refresh cycles and regulatory compliance Assess the current state of test data processes, tools, responsibilities and data flows Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and inefficiencies within the existing TDM landscape Map critical end-to-end business journeys and their test data dependencies Design the target TDM operating model and introduce scalable self-service test data capabilities for development and testing teams Define and implement automated test data provisioning approaches Integrate Test Data Management processes with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks Enable on-demand test data generation, provisioning and refresh capabilities Support the adoption of synthetic data and AI-driven approaches to test data generation Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure TDM e
