About the role As an Implementation Team Leader , you will combine hands-on delivery leadership with people management, ensuring successful end-to-end implementations of enova365 HR & Payroll solutions. You will lead a team of implementation consultants, drive delivery excellence, support key client engagements, and collaborate across multiple business functions to ensure high-quality customer outcomes. Office visits in Katowice once/twice per month. To be determined Your responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enova365 implementation consultants through onboarding, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews • Plan and allocate team resources, including capacity management, prioritization, and coverage planning • Take ownership of the quality and timely delivery of end-to-end enova365 HR & Payroll implementations • Oversee implementation phases including business analysis, system configuration, data migration, UAT testing, and go-live activities • Act as the first escalation point for delivery challenges and customer concerns • Cooperate closely with Operations, Payroll Operations, Project Managers, IT &
