About the job Your role involves: Spearhead software architectural design and system-level technical decisions across complex hardware-software product lifecycles. Provide technical leadership, drive design reviews, and mentor engineers to establish robust software engineering practices. Drive software development for core functionality, including equipment control, automation, data processing, and user interfaces. Lead cross-functional integration efforts alongside hardware, electronic, and systems engineering teams on physical prototypes. Direct troubleshooting and resolution for high-level technical issues and unexpected system behaviors during development and testing. Oversee verification, validation, and documentation to ensure system safety, compliance, and product reliability.
