Cybersecurity Operations Engineer (IT/ Central/ Attractive Bonus/ Near MRT) • Location: Central Area • Walking distance to MRT • Attractive Bonus & Benefits Responsibility: Manage renewals of cybersecurity solutions, licences, and support services. Support Security Division meetings, forums, and cybersecurity initiatives. Participate in security assurance activities, including VAPT, red teaming, and tabletop exercises. Administer and optimise cybersecurity solutions, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, EPP, DLP, vulnerability management, PAM, IAM/IGA, DAM, proxy, and NGFW. Perform daily security operations, incident investigation, containment, and recovery. Design, implement, and enhance cybersecurity solutions using security-by-design principles. Maintain technical documentation and support cybersecurity awareness training. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CyberArk administration, with Level 2 (L2) administration and operational support experience. Experience administering cybersecurity solutions in on-premises or AWS cloud security operations. Python or PowerShell scripting, IT infrastructure experience, and project management skills are advantageous. Strong understanding of AWS cloud security, SaaS-based PAM, and identity security.
