You will play a crucial role in modernizing core banking platforms by leading a talented international team, adopting DevOps and Agile principles, and implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions. Your main responsibilities: Lead the adoption of DevOps and Agile practices across the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and support distributed systems in Java, primarily using Java 11 and Spring Boot within a microservices environment.
