Responsibilities Define and frame business problems, clarify ambiguity, and establish measurable outcomes Challenge assumptions and uncover implicit needs Translate needs into clear, testable requirements (functional and non-functional) Drive stakeholder alignment and influence decisions Leverage AI tools and prompt-based workflows to support analysis and documentation Create specifications such as user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria Perform data analysis to support decisions and validate assumptions Collaborate with engineering teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders Comprehend system behaviour, data flows, and architecture Manage scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure project success Support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee solution quality Maintain ownership of domains while adapting to evolving project needs Requirements 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with demonstrated success in diverse projects 1+ years of hands-on experience working with AI tools or AI-driven solutions Background in requirements elicitation and stakeholder facilita
