As a Senior PeopleSoft Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in supply chain management solutions. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with business and IT stakeholders to enhance PeopleSoft SCM modules, supporting critical supply chain processes from inventory to manufacturing. This is your chance to drive innovative improvements and shape the future of supply chain technology. Your main responsibilities: Gather and document comprehensive business requirements for PeopleSoft SCM. Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement elaboration to ensure clarity and alignment. Develop detailed functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories for system enhancements. Collaborate with development teams to define, validate, and implement tailored solutions. Perform impact analysis and traceability to ensure solution integrity throughout project phases. Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee quality. Manage defect triage, validate resolutions, and facilitate successful deployment. Assist with training, change management, and deployment planning to ensure smooth transitions.
