I’m currently recruiting for a SAP Service Coordinator to join an established SAP Center of Excellence. This is a permanent position based in Warsaw , with a hybrid model of 3 days per week onsite . The preferred start date is January 2027 or earlier . The role focuses on coordinating SAP service delivery across an SAP S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud environment , including incident/change management, SAP RISE operations, JIRA Service Management, service governance and stakeholder coordination. Key requirements: 5+ years of SAP Service Management experience Strong SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE / RISE Private Cloud experience JIRA Service Management ITIL certification or strong practical ITIL experience 3+ years of team leadership experience SAP RISE contract management experience Understanding of SAP Basis/RISE operations and SAP licensing Fluent English SAP Cloud ALM experience would be a strong advantage The position also acts as deputy to the SAP CoE Manager and requires the ability to provide cover for the RISE/Basis consultant when needed.
