As an all-cloud service and consulting provider for midsize and large enterprises, we speak cloud fluently: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS – you name it. We are currently expanding our project team and looking for several experienced Lead QA Managers Senior to take ownership of software testing activities within an international enterprise project for a leading client. The role combines end-to-end Test Management, QA governance and project coordination across complex enterprise software platforms and IT environments. You will be responsible for defining the testing approach, coordinating multiple test streams and ensuring that testing activities are delivered in a structured, transparent and quality-focused way. Your Responsibilities Define and own the overall software test strategy, methodology, approach and test planning Plan and coordinate end-to-end test execution across multiple systems and project workstreams Define appropriate test levels, test types and testing approaches based on project scope, risks and business requirements Manage test resources, test sessions, systems and test environments Define and oversee the preparation of test specifications and test cases Own and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Define and monitor test entry and exit criteria, quality gates and readiness criteria Lead Test Coordinators and support
