B2B, 12 months + extensions Rate: up to 130 PLN/h net + VAT 100% remote with occasional business travels Required presence in Wrocław approximately once every six months. International cooperation with group-level stakeholders. Language : English AND Polish We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst / Data & BI Expert to join a strategic data initiative within an international banking environment. The role combines business analysis, data modelling, data integration, data quality and technical project leadership . You will work on the development of data layers supporting risk modelling processes, helping build a consistent, complete and auditable historical data foundation and ensuring alignment with group-level standards and validation requirements. Your responsibilities Business analysis and solution design Gathering, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements. Leading discussions with business stakeholders, data owners, architects and technology teams. Identifying data sources required to fulfil business and analytical needs. Translating business requirements into technical data solutions. Designing data flows and solution concepts. Performing impact analysis across processes, systems and data structures. Providing recommendations regarding solution design and implementation. Data modelling and integration Designing and developing analytical and modelling data layers. Creating mappings between multiple source systems. Defining transformation
