Description

As a Senior System Test & Validation Engineer at Optics11, you are responsible for defining and driving system-level verification and validation for complex multidisciplinary products. You develop a strong understanding of the product, customer use cases, system architecture, operating environment, and technical risks, and translate these into effective validation strategies, test setups, and test campaigns. The systems you validate combine sensing hardware, embedded software, Edge computing, networking, cloud software, data processing, algorithms, and customer-facing applications. Your role is therefore focused on validating the complete system and ensuring that critical customer workflows work reliably before release. You work closely with Product, Systems Engineering, Software, Embedded, Hardware, Algorithms, Operations, Manufacturing, and other IVVQ engineers. This is a senior hands-on individual contributor role, combining system-level thinking, test design, technical investigation, and practical validation. Qualifications BSc or MSc in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Physics, or a related technical discipline. 7+ years of relevant experience in system testing, verification & validation, integration testing, or product qualification.
