Description

The JD covers our requirements. In addition to the points mentioned in the JD, you can consider the below criteria while sourcing the candidates: Years of Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst. Agile/Scrum Experience: Candidates should have at least an intermediate-level understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and should be capable of effectively driving and coordinating the team. Business Analysis & Domain Experience: Strong knowledge of Business Analysis concepts, techniques, and best practices. Should have experience taking end-to-end ownership of requirements throughout the SDLC , from requirement gathering and analysis through implementation and delivery. Experience working on enterprise applications (Finance, Quality, Supplier, Manufacturing related applications) would be an added advantage. Certifications: Any Agile/Scrum certification is preferred. Generative AI-related certifications would be an added advantage. CCBA certification would be good to have. Technical Skills: Candidates should have a basic understanding of the following to interpret with developers: APIs and integrations Frontend and backend concepts Databases Servers Master data and configuration management Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong stakeholder management Crisis management and leadership skills Ability to adapt to changing requirements and situations Ability to work effectively under pressure Good team coordination and colla
