Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: System Analyst Responsibilities Work with Product on their requirements, often helping to shape them, then break them down into features, stories and other deliverables Map current and future business processes and their impact on systems Make sure the solution works for the people who run it and use it: bring in Process, Product and Operations at the right time, so every question is answered and the design serves their goals Create wireframes and prototypes to clarify requirements, explore user journeys and validate proposed solutions with users, Product and the delivery team Contribute to solution architecture by modelling system behaviour, drafting API contracts and defining non-functional requirements Use AI across the whole analysis cycle (discovery, process maps, prototypes, user stories), owning every output: accurate, concise, specific and fit for purpose Keep the team backlog at the right size, and contribute to shaping and breaking down the longer-term roadmap with Delivery leadership Gather estimates with the delivery team and subject matter experts, and support project leadership with estimates at each stage of requirement read
