Apply strong wealth management business thinking and product thinking to proactively identify suitable on-chain tokenized traditional finance products and DeFi projects based on user needs. Work closely with internal teams to integrate these opportunities into the existing product ecosystem in alignment with risk control requirements. Partnership Opportunity Management. Take ownership of internal business collaboration opportunities, and follow through on project evaluation, product assessment, and optimisation discussions with external partners in accordance with internal risk management principles. Cross-functional Coordination and Campaign Execution. Collaborate closely with internal product operations and campaign operations teams to plan and execute user growth and engagement initiatives related to Earn products and partnerships.
