Are you an experienced Creatio specialist looking for an opportunity to shape how a business uses its CRM and customer service technology? We're looking for a Creatio SME to join our digital transformation team and play a key role in optimising and evolving our Creatio platform within a busy contact centre environment. Working closely with internal stakeholders and Business Analysts, you'll act as the go-to expert for Creatio, helping to deliver practical, efficient solutions that maximise the platform's capabilities while minimising unnecessary custom development.
