About the Role: As a Technical Project Manager – Customer AI Infrastructure Deployments, you will be the primary customer-facing operational leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise GPU clusters. You will own the entire lifecycle of a customer deployment—from the moment a contract is signed through to procurement, physical build-out, technical validation, and the final hand-off to the customer at the contracted Ready-For-Service (RFS) date. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role requiring strict project governance. You will act as the central point of coordination between Civo’s enterprise customers, internal procurement, network engineering, platform SREs, hardware OEMs (e.g., NVIDIA, Supermicro), and third-party Data Center (DC) operators. You must manage complex supply chain logistics, mitigate live environment risks, and ensure that massive GPU capacity is delivered on time, to specification, and seamlessly handed over for customer "go-live."
