Project We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate an enterprise technology transformation programme focused on migrating workloads from VMware vSphere to Red Hat OpenShift. You will be responsible for coordinating the migration lifecycle from workload discovery and readiness assessment through testing, cutover, operational acceptance and legacy-platform decommissioning. The role requires strong programme coordination and stakeholder management skills, combined with enough technical understanding of VMware vSphere and OpenShift to challenge assumptions, identify dependencies and support informed project decisions. Hands-on administration of the platforms is not required. You will Coordinate the end-to-end VMware vSphere to Red Hat OpenShift migration programme Develop and maintain an integrated transition roadmap covering assessment, design, build, migration waves, testing, cutover and decommissioning Coordinate infrastructure, application, platform, network, storage, security, architecture and operations teams Define migration waves, prioritise workloads and coordinate migration activities with minimal business disruption Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and decisions Track application readiness, technical prerequisites and operational requirements Coordinate functional, integration, performance, resilience and operational acceptance testing Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, actions and decision logs Prepare status repor
