iSoftStone, Inc. is Seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to Join our Team! * ** Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States. ** We are seeking a seasoned project/program leader to drive operational, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives. The role focuses on improving scalability, efficiency, execution, and business processes, including process redesign, operating-model improvements, system implementations, and system upgrades. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of operational and transformation programs. Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Manage project intake, prioritization, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and issues. Track progress and provide concise status reporting to executives and stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams. Facilitate working sessions, decision forums, and executive readouts. Assess current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes. Design and document future-state processes and operating models. Lead process redesign and workflow optimization. Support new system implementations and system upgrades. Drive organizational change, adoption, training, communications, and enablement. Measure post-implementation effectiveness and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
