Description: Our client in the utilities and energy sector is seeking a Senior Performance Tester to join a long-term technology initiative focused on enterprise application performance, reliability, and scalability. This position will play a key role in validating system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring applications meet business and technical expectations before deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, test automation, monitoring tools, and application performance analysis, along with experience supporting modern development and deployment practices. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance, load, stress, and scalability tests Analyze application performance metrics and identify root causes of bottlenecks Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling Monitor system behavior using tools including AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar technologies Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve performance-related issues Create detailed test plans, test scripts, performance baselines, and test result reports Support API performance testing for REST and SOAP services Participate in CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins and Git Review server logs, system metrics, and database performance data to troubleshoot issues Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on application performance and r
