About the role We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to help run and improve our internal IT and operational environment. This role is focused on supporting people, maintaining systems, and helping the company operate smoothly day-to-day. You'll work closely with internal users, handle requests and incidents, and gradually take ownership of operational tasks and automation. Our environment uses many different tools and services. You are not expected to know everything upfront but are willing to learn. This role is well suited for someone with around 3+ years of hands-on experience who wants a stable role in a modern, SaaS-heavy environment and is comfortable growing their skills over time.
