Your tasks and responsibilities: Process audit with stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Delivery and People teams. Identifying inefficiencies, redundancies and opportunities for improvement. End-to-end mapping and optimization of key business processes, with particular focus on the sales process and deciding which Salesforce functions will be taken over by other systems as part of its replacement. Assessment of the existing systems landscape and defining which functionalities should be retained, replaced, consolidated or discontinued. Mapping data flows between HubSpot, Salesforce, Productive, PeopleForce, enova and NG OS internally developed systems , including points of manual re-entry. Defining the source of truth for key data: client, deal, project, person, rate, working time, invoice. Gathering requirements for integrations, process improvements and new features, and their prioritization, agreed with tool owners and internal development teams . Oversight of syste
