Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior IT Business Analyst (Digital Banking) Responsibilities Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured and actionable IT requirements supporting scalable and sustainable solutions Define features and user stories in cooperation with Product Owners and other stakeholders Drive delivery activities in close collaboration with Business, IT, Design and other teams in an Agile environment Coordinate requirements and deliveries with external vendors, ensuring alignment and appropriate quality Support Product Owners in planning product development and release roadmaps Identify and proactively resolve blockers, dependencies and cross-team challenges to ensure smooth delivery Support manual testing of new business functionalities, enhancements and maintenance-related changes based on current priorities Maintain clear documentation and ensure effective communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery process Requirements At least 4 years of professional experience in IT and/or Business Analysis within the banking industry Proven experience translating business needs into features, user stories
