About the Role The Technical Manager is a pivotal, senior-most position at Biz4Group, responsible for driving architectural excellence, ensuring technical alignment across multiple projects, and mentoring high-performance teams. This role demands a deeply technical, hands-on architect who can also provide robust people, process, and client management (30% focus) to ensure successful, scalable, and secure delivery. Responsibilities Architectural Ownership: Serve as the final technical authority for all major enterprise platforms, designing scalable, secure Microservices and Serverless solutions (AWS Lambda/Fargate). MERN & Polyglot Implementation: Provide expert guidance and hands-on contribution to complex modules using Node.js, Express, and React. Drive integration of specialized services built in Python (e.g., AI/ML, Data Processing). DevOps & Cloud Strategy: Own the CI/CD pipeline (Git/GitHub Actions) and set best practices for Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and clou
