Job Description LANSA for iSeries LANSA Composer LANSA Integrator LANSA Client CLP RPG Change Master Tool Requirement gathering Strong communication (business and technical) Programming debugging Ability to work independently Interface work using LANSA SQL and/or Query400 Change Management tools like Turnover Fluent in Jira Day to day support activities to ensure all tickets are resolved. Ensure systems are in sync with respect to jobs and reports. Provide root cause analysis for all tickets raised in Service Now. Work on enhancements – Perform requirement analysis, provide estimates, development and unit testing. Meeting with business for clarifications, project meetings and any other project related discussions. Support QA/UAT testing, Pre-production deployment support. Providing on-demand reports to business users.
