Business Analyst Position: Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst Experience Requirement: Minimum 4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: BDT 40,000 – 60,000 Job Location: Dhaka (Hybrid) – [Individual should live in Dhaka] Job Responsibilities Project Owner Proactive communication and  Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Prepare User Story BRD, SRS, user stories, workflows, use cases, and other project documentation. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and changes. Coordinate with developers, QA, UI/UX, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Responsible for final UAT. Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement activities. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions. Ensure proper documentation management and requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare reports, presentations, and project-related documentation as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in CSE, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4  years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/software company. Strong knowledge of User Story, User Case, BRD, SRS, FRD, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
