Date: 7 May 2025 Job Locations: Hybrid Job Type: Full-time Vacancies: 01 Business Analyst Location: Dhaka / Tokyo (occasional) Experience Required: minimum 3 years Type: Full-time Salary Range: 50,000 tk – 80,000 tk Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Analyze business processes and propose tech-driven solutions. Bridge the gap between business needs and development teams. Create user stories, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and project managers. Support testing and validation processes to ensure business goals are met. Conduct competitor and market analysis as needed. Required Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, and user journey documents. Experience of project management tools such as:Jira / Trello / ClickUp / Asana / Notion Understanding of Agile methodology and software development life cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack). Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English communication is a must. The ability to speak Japanese is a plus. Why Join Shadhin Lab?
