Description

Position Title:  Blockchain Developer (Solana)   Key Responsibilities   Design and implement smart contracts on the  Solana blockchain .  Develop, test, and deploy  decentralized applications (Dapps) .  Maintain and optimize existing blockchain solutions.  Ensure the  performance, security, and scalability  of blockchain solutions.  Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies and industry trends.  Provide  technical leadership and mentorship  to junior developers.  Network & Layer Mapping (Solana Ecosystem)  Qualifications   Minimum  2–5 years of experience in blockchain development .  (Mandatory)   1–2 years of hands-on experience in Solana Mainnet projects .  (Mandatory)   1–2 years of hands-on experience with Solana blockchain security .  (Mandatory)   Proficient in smart contract development using  Rust and/or Anchor .  Solid understanding of  Solana blockchain architecture and ecosystem .  Experience in developing and deploying  DApps on Solana .  Strong knowledge of blockchain principles and cryptographic protocols.  Familiarity with front-end development frameworks is a plus.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Strong communication and collaboration skills.  Network & Layer Mapping (Solana Ecosystem)   Layer 1 (L1): Solana Mainnet   This role focuses on  Solana Layer-1 development , where all smart contracts (programs), business logic, and state management are implemented directly on Solana Ma
