The Role: The Network Operations Manager leads the operational core of the network organization, reporting to the Head of Network. This role spans two primary areas: managing network business functions and driving daily network operations to maintain a high-availability 24/7 environment. What You'll Do Maintains consolidated lifecycle documentation, asset records, and cost reporting. Ensures end-to-end accuracy of network asset and service records, from CMDB to circuit inventory. Runs the daily operational cadence-including huddles, alarm triage, outage tracking, and change facilitation-to maintain environment stability.
