LabKey is looking for a Test Engineering Manager Our ideal candidate  We are seeking a hands-on Test Engineering Manager with a demonstrated commitment to quality and the ability to lead while contributing directly to day-to-day work. This is a true player-coach role where you will mentor and develop others while staying deeply involved in the test engineering work. The right candidate is a leader who places high value on quality, contributes directly to the team’s daily work and would rather build than delegate. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you will manage a strong team of two test engineers while remaining an active contributor.   Please Note: LabKey is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.  About the Role You’ll lead the test strategy, deciding what and how we test across our SaaS and on-premise products, help shape forward-looking technical solutions, and work closely with engineering and other teams to ensure alignment on priorities, strategy, and roadmaps.
