Our ideal candidate would be willing to proactively work with the team. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in the software development industry (outsourcing companies) in the position of Business Analyst Understanding of Blockchain principles, DeFi & NFT meanings, what are cross-chain communications, Ethereum, Polkadot & substrate-based chains, what is L2 infrastructure and what for, what are ZK rollups, and ZK in general Basic understanding of the crypto systems; Ability to work independently and within a team environment Experience of handling Requirement Management during SDLC Experience with Jira & Confluence Knowledge of the Documentation and Requirement elicitation techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Agile development methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working over Presales (As activity between projects) Upper-Intermediate English Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
