Requirements: Deep expertise in Cosmos SDK, IBC, and cross-chain/EVM integrations Experience with IBC relayers, bridging mechanisms, and Solidity (smart contracts, token lifecycle, bridge contracts) Proficient with Hardhat and other EVM testing frameworks Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Terraform, AWS/EKS) a plus Experience with RWA or tokenization projects (real estate, PE, funds, commodities), including on-chain representation, token lifecycle, and DeFi integration Upper-Intermediate English Responsibilities: Develop modules and features on Cosmos SDK, including EVM compatibility setup and custom logic. Design and implement the Bridge Smart Contract in Solidity for token locking, minting, burning, and unlocking. Configure and integrate IBC relayers to enable secure cross-chain communication.
