We are currently looking for an experienced Unreal Developer for a MilTech startup. The company is building an innovative real-time safety and situational awareness product for the US public safety sector. The product has been featured in national US media (CNN, MSNBC, WSJ, and others) and has been demonstrated to major industry players and government stakeholders. For which tasks (responsibilities)? Develop and maintain client-side features within the Unreal Engine 5 application; Take ownership of one functional direction (e.g., third-party API/SDK integration such as video communication) – from technical research through implementation; Communicate technical requirements, risks, blockers, and estimates clearly and proactively; Collaborate with the Product Manager and the System Architect; Work within and alongside an application that integrates with mobile, web, and backend systems developed by other teams.
