About the Role Join an early-stage AI procurement software team as a full-time Founding Engineer. You will own customer problems from discovery through production, build AI-enabled workflows, and help shape the technical direction and working practices of a small engineering team. What You'll Do Build and ship full-stack product features based on customer needs, from initial discovery through production release. Develop agent-powered workflows and shared foundations for context, tool use, evaluation, guardrails, and observability. Make architectural decisions across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, considering performance, security, and developer experience. Review AI-assisted code and use frequent releases and customer feedback to improve product quality. Contribute to engineering practices, hiring standards, and team processes while working hands-on as an individual contributor. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience building and shipping end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Evidence of strong engineering ability, such as shipped products, technical leadership, open-source work, or other substantial accomplishments. js.
