Job Summary: The Product Manager translates operational and commercial problems across Drew Marine's global business units into deployed software and data solutions and will provide technical and traditional product management support to a portfolio of products on a global basis. The Product Manager will support multiple initiatives across several business segments in collaboration with the Marketing Business Unit managers. The Product Manager will identify friction in real-world workflows, design and build systems that resolve it, and take those systems from prototype to production. The scope covers internal analytics platforms, data infrastructure, and AI-enabled tooling and agents that make organizational data directly accessible to business teams. The Product Manager will also connect cross-functional teams to achieve long-term metrics and short-term goals, while monitoring the product lifecycle and communicating with R&D on new customer needs.
