Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight for contract execution, personnel management, customer engagement, and mission delivery. Lead a multi-disciplinary workforce supporting program management, systems engineering, digital engineering, business and financial management, operations analysis, and administrative functions. Manage contract performance to ensure achievement of technical, schedule, cost, and quality objectives. Direct workforce planning, recruiting, staffing, employee performance management, retention, and succession planning activities.
