Job Summary Lead the research and development of Xiaomi’s data platform, designing and delivering scalable, high-performance data systems that empower analytics and data science teams to drive intelligent operations. Responsibilities Design and deliver large-scale data platforms for Xiaomi Internet businesses, ensuring end-to-end system functionality and scalability Build infrastructure and tools to optimize extraction, transformation, and loading of data from diverse sources with high throughput and fault tolerance Develop and implement Data as a Service (DaaS) solutions to support analytics and data science teams in agile decision-making Identify and implement process improvements by automating manual tasks, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for scalability Lead the design and evolution of data warehouse layering strategies (ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS) and establish modeling standards and best practices Evaluate and integrate emerging big data technologies (e.g., Iceberg, Flink, Doris) to enhance pipeline performance, reduce costs, and improve data freshness Define and enforce data governance policies, including data quality standards, lineage tracking, access control, and metadata management Collaborate with product, engineering, and business intelligence teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable data architectures Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capabilities Drive c
