CLT Programme Overview Selected candidates will undergo a structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) programme, supported by real-world projects, mentorship, and targeted training courses. Participants will gain hands-on experience in analyzing complex manufacturing datasets, developing statistical and machine learning models, generating actionable insights from industrial data, and supporting the deployment of AI-driven solutions within advanced manufacturing and semiconductor environments. The programme aims to equip participants with practical skills in data analytics, predictive modelling, data visualization, MLOps, and industrial AI applications, preparing them to contribute effectively to customer-facing AI projects and business innovation initiatives.
