This position is responsible for Innovation Sandbox Strategy & Operations and Innovation Enablement & Capability Building , supporting rapid experimentation, prototyping, and validation of emerging technologies. The role oversees the governance, operation, and continuous improvement of sandbox environments, while developing and managing technology enablers, self-service capabilities, and shared services that accelerate innovation across the organisation. Roles and Responsibilities A. Innovation Sandbox Strategy & Operations Design, establish, and operate innovation sandbox environments that support rapid experimentation and validation of emerging technologies Develop sandbox governance models, onboarding frameworks, operating procedures, and evaluation mechanisms Manage sandbox operations, user onboarding, access controls, compliance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting Monitor and track sandbox utilisation, and proactively engage project teams to investigate anomalies, optimise resource consumption, and address operational issues Continuously enhance sandbox capabilities based on user feedback an
