Job Description Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems. Analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns. Optimise algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy. Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure ongoing effectiveness. Document processes and methodologies for reproducibility and knowledge sharing. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies. Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Machine Learning Engineer should have: A strong background in computer science, data science, or a related field. Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools. Strong programming skills in Python with experience in machine learning libraries and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) Experience or good knowledge in Agentic AI , RAG etc Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
