🎁 Quarter 4 JOINING BONUS Candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience who join BGSV by the end of 31 December 2026 can receive a Joining Bonus equivalent to 1 month’s gross salary , subject to program eligibility and terms & conditions. The EPM department focuses on software tooling development to support embedded products across the XC domains, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Car Multimedia (XC-CM), and Cross-Domain Computing & Software-Defined Vehicle platforms (XC-CE/SDV) . We develop tools and engineering solutions that streamline software and system development for technologies such as radar, video, HMI, ultrasonic sensors, vehicle compute platforms, middleware, software integration, CI/CD, and cloud-connected SDV ecosystems. Serving global teams across Japan, China, Europe, and Vietnam, we contribute to the advancement of secure, safe, intelligent, and software-defined mobility solutions by enabling efficient development, integration, validation, and deployment of next-generation automotive software.
