about the job. Drive the end-to-end commercial strategy, product lifecycle, and market penetration for corporate trade and working capital offerings across regional enterprise markets. Drive product management, revenue targets, and market share expansion for trade and working capital solutions. Collaborate with sales, risk, compliance, and operations teams to accelerate business acquisition and client onboarding. Develop client-focused value propositions, pricing strategies, and tailored solutions covering import, export, and cash products. Oversee digital transformation initiatives and workflow optimizations to enhance operational efficiency and client experience. Ensure all product structures align with internal credit risk policies, business budgets, and local regulatory requirements. skills and experience required. Minimum 5 years of experience managing trade finance and working capital products for enterprise clients. In-depth knowledge of end-to-end trade solutions, credit risk assessment frameworks, funding costs, and regulatory compliance. Proven track record in product lifecycle management, commercial strategy execution, and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in workflow analysis, market benchmarking, and senior stakeholder presentation.
