Job Description The Process Engineer serves as a change agent in our Butler manufacturing facility, driving operational excellence and fostering a "safety-first" culture. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical design and shop-floor execution by leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing capital projects, and optimizing production processes to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost reduction. Core Responsibilities Safety & Ergonomic Leadership: Champion Safety: Drive daily safety improvements and act as a leading advocate for a safety-focused culture. Incident Resolution: Participate actively in manufacturing incident investigations and subsequent resolutions.
